REFUND / RETURN POLICY:
When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you’ve had the item, and how the item was purchased.
Refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund but is willing to work with the buyer. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returned items.
